Since its inception in 2006, 35 students have successfully completed the XT Student Programme that provides students with the opportunity to be trained and developed according to best practices.
Join our team: We are proud to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2026 intake XT Training Programme. Our commitment goes beyond inspiring growth in our employees. We also recognise the cruciality of developing the youth to fit ICT industry standards and those of our company. Through the XT Training Programme, we aim to handpick and nurture young driven Namibians who have a great passion for excellence and continuous learning and those who aspire to lead in the world of Information and Communication Technology.

The XT programme will run over an 18-month period and is divided into two phases:
• Build your foundation in computers, networks and servers.
• Earn industry-recognised certifications A+, N+, Server+ and Windows.
• Choose your specialisation in either Server, Desktop or Network Engineering
• Gain real-world experience in corporate IT (data centres, networks, equipment).
Successful candidates will work side-by-side with experts and explore data centres to learn what it takes to thrive in a world-class tech company.
Unfortunately, only 6 people can be selected for the programme.
